Kos has started the front page thread, so I'm moving over to there. Thanks for joining me for the early chat....

Last update:
This could be a fluke, but...

According to the SOS office, as it stands 11 percent of registered Dems have voted... but 25 perecent of precincts are in.

That translates to a 44 percent turnout, if the pattern holds. That's VERY high.

So it means either:

Turnout is going to be VERY high,

or,

Turnout is high in the Obama urban strongholds. That could be good news for us as the night goes on....

UPDATED: 7:15 EST
Currently, with 1% in, CNN is reporting:
Clinton 108,525  56%

Obama   76,640  40%

Uncommitted  3468 2%

Edwards   29,075  1%
This is looking much tighter than expected. A lot of these returns are in the urban areas of Lexinton, Louisville and Frankfort, but maybe Obama has a chance to make up some of the huge deficits we'll see in the Appalachian counties...

Exit polling over the divide...
